"The only way to experience this kind of discipline is to subject yourself to it. Every student who has taken this project had a moment where the work turned into a mind-numbing grind. And trust me: it won't be the first time this happens. The trick is to press on. For each new day (whether it's Day 28, Day 61, even Day 100) brings with it the hope of inspiration."

— Michael Bierut, founder of the 100 Day Project

The 100 Day Project is a global creative practice that invites you to commit to a daily creative act for 100 consecutive days. Born from a simple question—what would happen if you showed up for your creativity every single day?—this project has engaged thousands of participants worldwide in discovering what emerges when discipline meets creative exploration.

This year, we're offering three ways to participate: Daily Practice for weekday accountability, Saturday Studio sessions for deep skill-building with hands-on teaching, or the complete Immersion that combines both.

FAQ

Can I join Daily Practice after February 20?

Yes! The Daily Practice container stays open throughout the 100 days. Join whenever you're ready—you'll still get the remaining daily sessions, access to Process app, and both gathering opportunities (Day 50 presentations if you join before then, and the post-Day 100 celebration).

What if I miss some days?

The practice is about showing up, not perfection. Life happens. The container will be there when you return.

Can I attend Saturday Studio sessions without doing Daily Practice?

Absolutely. Saturday Studio is designed as a standalone offering for people who want deep teaching without daily accountability.

What's the Process app?

Process is Elle's proprietary app for creative sharing without metrics—no likes, no comments, just witnessed presence. Daily Practice participants get exclusive early access.

Do I have to present on Day 50 and Day 100?

Presenting is part of the container, but we hold space for wherever you are. The invitation is to share; how you show up is yours to decide.

What's the format for the Saturday Studio Trial?

A full 2.5-hour session that mirrors what the Spring Cohort sessions will offer—hands-on teaching, technique work, and a taste of how Elle and Heather hold the space.
